If you want to know what's new in this release (since the demo) you can go check out the dev log posts from the last couple of months, but let me just quickly recap the highlights:
Huge new urban zone consisting of 8 areas
Big new 'dungeon' consisting of 6 areas (twice as much as the last one)
A couple of 'mini-dungeons'
Some updated game mechanics
More weapons and armors
Updated crossbows (feats, special bolts, damage boost)
Various other smaller stuff

Alpha Funding Model
I've hinted earlier that I'm considering alpha funding for Underrail and now I've officially made up my mind. I originally planned on launching a crowd-funding campaign but that turned out to have too many limitations based on where I was located, so I decided alpha funding is a better option.
The game will be available for purchase in its alpha stage on a couple of digital distribution websites, and who ever purchases alpha version will, of course, receive the final game at no additional cost when it's done. Also, I plan on releasing regular content updates throughout the game's development.
I'm currently working on the next major update that will be the first purchasable version of the game. It will include a major new quest hub (sneak peek above), a new "dungeon" area, more weapons, utilities and other items, new character skill, some updated game mechanics, and more.
I'm expecting the update to be ready sometime in October. Stay tuned for more info on the new stuff.
Also, check out this cool Underrail title screen fan alternative by Jason Seow:
WARNING! Be careful which entry you up vote. Because of the total lack of moderation, Underrail already has at least one illegal entry entered by someone else. Follow the link above to the one true entry.
Enjoy and be sure to let me know your thoughts on the forums once you've played it.

Alpha 3 video is out!
Here's the newest gameplay footage of me doing a quick run through one of the early 'dungeons'.
I was using stealthy sniper build through most of it, though I did cheat and give myself some psi abilities as well. :)
Changing the name of the game
First, I’d like to apologize for the silence of the development log in the past six months or so. There have been some setbacks, but the development of the game hasn’t stopped. I promise to put more effort into providing info on the game’s progress on a more regular basis in the future.
Secondly, I’ve decided to change the name of the game to “Underrail”, which is the name of the underground metro system the game takes place in. While there is a greater, sort of background plot that concerns the nature of time, the game is largely about the Underrail itself - its inhabitants, politics, strife, dangers, mysteries, as well as the player’s place within all this.
Alpha 2 video is out!
There are still some placeholders in this video, but I hope that the graphical improvements are obvious.
I've started a development log that I'll use to keep you up to date with the making of Underrail. I'll try not to bore you too much with tedious technicalities and provide as much juicy gameplay/art/story stuff instead.
